Wild mushrooms are very sensitive to the environment; this should be no surprise to anyone in the food business. Wild mushrooms need clean air, four seasons, rainy summers, few if any people around and lots of old growth forests for thousands of miles like you see in this picture.
We work the Himalayan mountain range from east to west and we process dried, flash frozen and canned mushrooms at our facility in Yunnan province.
